Bulport Business Building was completely renovated in 2018 and is currently in operation.
From the first to the fourth floors inclusive, the construction is monolithic. It is widely used in the construction of public buildings. It mainly consists of concrete columns, beams and slabs. The fifth floor has an originally designed and executed steel structure. Further reinforcement has also been carried out, designed and implemented by concrete washers.
The roof is constructed with heat- and water-proofing. Thermal insulation was also made on the façade walls on which mineral plaster was applied.

ELECTRICITY
On each floor, the building has main switchboards designed to distribute and measure low voltage electricity (LV). From the power station to the main switchboards, there is a set up double cable connection. In case of failure, it switches to backup power.
